Tynan Building Pty Ltd is a Newcastle based building company established in 2012 by local Merewether builder Mathew Tynan.
Mathew has 18 years of building experience, and has worked side by side with leading hand and lifelong friend Everett Bower since completing their Apprentaceships together. Combining Mathew’s and Everett’s experience in working together with the youthfulness and energy of apprentice Tom Crocket, Tynan Building promises to offer a truely unique experience where you’ll have complete confidence and trust that they will produce a spectacular product. Tynan Building are committed to close working relationships with customers to ensure the complete building experience exceeds customer expectations. Customers can be assured that the size of Tynan Building allows for owner Mathew to be present on all jobs ensuring the correct quality, timing and safety of the build is achieved.
Tynan Building experience is significant and includes bathroom and deck construction, home refurbishments and major renovations, and the construction of new builds and duplexes. Tynan Building excels in detailed architecturally deigned renovations and homes however also enjoys constructing smaller scale renovations and entertaining areas.
